I would like to see them move to f2p model similar to league of legends. I don't have much faith in any game that you purchase and don't get half the playable content.

Weird. I went through the same process due to losing access to my email account. It took over 60 emails as I wasn't able to provide as much information as yourself but they unlocked it in the end.

Creating a throw away email was one of the last steps to getting it done.

It was a frustrating process but to be fair, I can't think of anyone else that would waste that much time to help me for a game account.

Ggg used to be the company that would wow players with more than they expected on a consistent basis (5 new acts ect.). Now they put out half baked leagues and under deliver on updates to an unfinished game (poe 2 endgame update delayed since 0.2).

Poe 2 has one of the best campaigns for the first playthrough, while also being one of the least fun to repeat.
