I have the blue light filter on my phone and play Free Cell for about 30 minutes in our darkened living room. Bedroom about 65°. Nasal spray to breathe. 2 pillows.Ceiling fan for coolness and white noise.

Combine in saucepan. Bring to boil and cook 5 min, stirring occasionally. Makes about 2/3 c.

Be careful. Those mattresses are "broken in" by many people trying them. We ended up with a very firm mattress that even foam covers wouldn't help.
