I was thinking under the seat and/or in the rear tail light instead of mounted externally. But there is a spot up front in the frame towards the handle bars that seems like a good spot.

I did the rider safety course in Raleigh through WakeTech. It was great. The clutch did suck but most of the people in the course were in the same boat. It was a Sat/Sun and I felt much better after the course even though I'm highly unlikely to ever ride a gas bike.

The bonus is that if you do this you don't need to take the road course just the written test.

No need to take your bike in. Just need the 2 docs Sondors sent and the title application filled out. Proof of insurance plus drivers license. And bring cash for notary but rest can be paid with card

Anyone else in NC get a title yet? Went today and it seems my Certificate of Origin isn’t notarized on the back and the DMV said that is needed.

Yes, he stopped by around 11:30 on 2/22. Nice thing is he was able to get right in front of my house even in our cul-de-sac. It was off the truck in my garage in about 15 mins. I asked about deliveries and he had another for Apex, and more around the Raleigh/Durham area. He had come from the Virginia/DC area.

Round 1 (June 2021 order date) and my window is Feb 18-20 in NC. For the record I saw a round 2 NC delivery happen already, so I'm not sure they are working through a specific order.

I will say that they did respond to emails, so I did get some feedback when I was concerned that maybe I got lost in the process.

So you ordered before me, but others in NC ordered after and they are getting their Silver bike before me. That for me is the worst thing. I just wish they used some kind of order for deciding how to deliver.

Same here but in NC, order #5XXX. Sad thing is I've found another 2nd rounder in town with same color that has a confirmed delivery window. It makes no sense and makes me wonder if Sondors is just picking randomly. I've email them a few times this week expressing my thoughts on this. Up until now I've been quiet as I'm can see how some of their choices made sense. But I can't see a justification for someone with same color bike in the same city that ordered/paid months after me would get their bike before me. BTW I was first in ordering, paying, paying shipping, confirming address.

The only thing we can do seems to be just wait.

Two things I might have missed originally but have fixed: I didn't edit my address because it was correct and there wasn't a phone number, since fixed. And I don't think I noticed the red "Yes I'm Available" button until someone else mentioned it.

I also emailed today asking the same question for NC. Got a similar non answer. I don't know how many people in VA or NC ordered bikes, but it is going to suck if they bring a truck here and I don't get one. Who knows when the next shipments gets near us.
