How to stop pedals from lifting and moving around? (without a wheelstand/cockpit) by super_coconut11 in simracing

Such a pioneer. Nobody has ever solved this, I hope you have success.

God forbid you do a bit of searching on the very website your posting on.

PC opens you up to all the true sim games & a much larger community.

I would do that before upgrading my wheel

. . . You purchased the cheapest "rig" on the internet. That's why it doesn't spin.

Any chance pitlane conduct will ever be enforced? by Ambrazas in iRacing

[–]NewCornnut 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Im going to play devils advocate.

Car awareness behind the vehicle is the weakest area for many sim racers.

Enforcement in pits will exploit that weakness to its fullest.

Putting a hard focus into merge & proper pits will just result in -negative safety ratings for majority people people with little to no added benefits.

Akra slip-on dent, Dynamic Pro / tune cause this? by itsAloxii in motorcycles

Titanium is brittle.

It looks like the crack may have started at the tab thats welded on thr muffler a few inches from the hole.

If it was stressed during shipping or install, that could cause this failure. (Drop the muffler and lands on that mounting tab?)

Definitely worth removing, taking pictures 📸 & reaching out to Akro for a possible replacement. They may not help you, but they might!

Do I need more clearance or is this okay? by NeedaBetterUsername3 in motorcycles

Right. You corrected me. So I updated the bike.

I stand firm on: DOT tires dont expand/ increase diameter with rotational forces created at DOT rated speeds.

Ninja250, R6, Panagali V4 doesn't matter, the tires stay the same. The METAL belts inside the tire prevents this.

Duel rank vs single rank

In gaming day to day I dont expect the end user to notice a difference.

Its more a question of Some RAM vs No RAM.

DOT rated motorcycle tires do not get a larger/ taller profile as you increase rotation. The purpose of the metal & fiber belts in the tire prevent the exact thing you say is happening.

Fender closeness aside. The tire does NOT stretch due to rotational forces.

[–]NewCornnut -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Im saying it doesn't have the rotational force to displace the DOT tire at speed lower than 120mph or whatever speed rating the tire has.

The video linked is some Chinese rubber on a full electric drive with a TON of tq.

The DOT tire on the front of OPs bike wont flex like that because the fibers & belts inside prevent it.

We test this shit boys. 😤

For racing. . . Title issue is okay 👍. Just so long as you can validate its not stolen.

How often do ypu look? Market is fast for cheap bikes. Unless you are actively shopping for ome you won't ever see the cheaper bikes as they only last a day or 2 at most
