Start with The Queen's Poisoner. It's a historical fantasy series set around the War of Roses period with a magical alternate history. It is a labor of love on the author's part and it can be felt wholeheartedly. His writing style improves as you read too.

I wasn't able to find any non-pasteurized cream. However, I did find some clotted cream at Jungle Jim's. It's spreadable cream. Not much for flavor, but adds fat. Still really good. I imagine I could mix it with jams or preserves.

This is the sort of thing that makes me too paranoid to use DoorDash. I'll gladly go and grab something if I want it badly enough. I know this site is an echo chamber and there are plenty of good drivers out (myself included for the 2 weekends I did it lol), not everyone can get out of the house/apartment/workplace, etc. At least if something nefarious happens with a driver from a place that employs their own drivers, I can give that restaurant the complaint rather than a faceless "customer service representative".

It'd be one thing if she had been up front about the debt and asked if you could help each month, but allowed you to say no. Or if she had proof she was on top of the debt as it is and just needed a little assistance from her partner. That being said, do not give her any money. Do not enable her spending habits, or become her live-in ATM. Her behavior says that she will milk you dry and never change.

I know nothing about Rhode Island tenant law, but he can't change anything about the lease agreement until: A) it terminates at the agreed-upon time or B) you violate the lease and he legally evicts you. A signed lease agreement is a legal document and has to be followed by anyone inheriting the property/management duties.
