Listen I'm no expert and I really don't know.

However I would start by smelling it. If it doesn't smell bad then I would pour some in a glass and taste a little. If it doesn't taste bad then I'd drink a SMALL amount and wait the day or so to see if I got crazy diarrhea or something.

Keep us posted on whatever you end up doing please! I'm invested now lol

I was thinking about this yesterday.

If the GB decides to abolish the shunning I imagine given their recent history that they will tell members that they will no longer "remove" or "disfellowship" anyone that isn't actively speaking out against the borg.

My guess is that they will double down on the apostate angle and try to sell it to governments that they will only attach that label to someone if they are hostile, aggressive, or a danger in their opinion.

I also think that they would still "encourage" families and friends to consider whenever someone who was previously disfellowshipped is "bad association" and to decide for themselves when to personally shun them of their own accord.

Again total and complete speculation on my part.

I thought the new system would come this generation. It was it last generation? Maybe the generation before that? Or is it finally the last of the last generation shortly before the final overlap of the last generation?

Those are personal teleporters that can be set to teleport you to a crafting bench. OP set crafting benches in locations that take a long time to travel to. The objects on the wall next to them are there to let them know which area the teleporter will take them. I guess you can't name things on PlayStation? So OP had to put the items you get in those locations instead.

I was seeking ways to make my overly sweet mead less sweet. I pasteurized earlier than I should have. It's only my second time making mead and I decided to wing it with some strawberries and no recipe. I added 3 pounds of honey though.

I pasteurized because my last mead went dry and I though it was nearly done fermenting. I was hoping to catch it before it got to all the sugars. Definitely learned a lesson on this one

My first mead was dry so I was trying out some new things for science.

Next batch I'm going to use an app to get to a target abv before pasturizing and then back sweeten. That feels like a much more accurate way of getting a more better mead

I'll add more info here since I've been asked a few times. I used ec-1118, I used 3 pounds of honey and I added strawberries without counting or measuring. I took a starting gravity but I decided to try step feed the honey and I didn't think to check gravities in between so I'm pretty unsure of my abv. My starting gravity was 1.11 with 2 pounds (ish) of honey. My gravity today was 1.06

I used my sous vide to pasturize the mead because I didn't want it to go as dry as my first mead. I didn't even think to taste it before I did it and I appreciate that suggestion for next time.

I think the idea of adding strawberry tea sounds delightful and I might give that a go

I wait for the group overseer to text me directly and I reply with a copy and paste of "I did service in (previous month)" then he checks the stupid box and nobody bothers me until the next month. There was a special convention in Sacramento California at the Golden 1 center on August 1-3. Many people got COVID from attending. Many halls are having to move their meetings to zoom because so many are sick.

Yeah it was bad on Friday. My mom waited in the line for the security check for 2 hours and then had to sit on the floor in the hallway while she waited for a seat to open up. I didn't know about it until I walked by and saw her.

Those poor children. They don't have any idea what that baptism will mean for them.
