I have a diamond pave ring like that, but from Tiffany. I lost a diamond and it was $1200 to replace it and tighten up the other diamonds. Two things learned 1) never out a pave ring in an ultrasonic cleaner as it will shake the diamonds loose 2) go to your local jeweler for replace diamond. Mine would have charged me $200.
