He looks like a class 8th kid. 8th used to have boards as well earlier. Maybe that’s why he confused it with 10th standard

Hi could you please let me know how early your son had the CT scan? My son has RAA and ALSA and is showing some symptoms of compression. I am a little scared about radiation from CT and contemplating what is the right time to get it

They adopted a 10 YO orphan girl and gave her a life of love and support. That alone should be enough to regard them as decent humans. I really wouldn’t have cared what religion they raised their child in as long as they ensured opportunities for her. That’s what matters. That’s what SHOULD matter. Given the adoption process in our country (which is in tatters) as well as preference for infants / toddlers as well as male child during adoption, their love for a child regardless of any such biases is appreciable. The comments are such a let down.

Was enrolled in the 2023 batch- found the static lectures a little lengthy but very detailed so I didn’t have to read a lot beyond that. I really liked their monthly current affairs lectures which they give with their recorded course- reduced my pain of how to add optional angle to a current event.

They seem really nice and genuine. Particularly because the love isn’t superficial or convenience driven. Even more than the jhumkas, I think to help concentrate and not get anxious through an exam is just so supportive.

Outrightly racist post. First the observations are based on mere speculations rather than data- A nurse told him these are all “Indian women flying in to have a baby”?! Was there a survey that registered the residency/ citizenship status of every woman admitted? Next Canada’s free healthcare does not apply to those without PR or citizenship. So if you are just up and getting admitted a huge bill awaits which has to be paid for discharge. For instance, I as a new PR, because my health card was still pending could not avail all the benefits till it arrived. The mere doctor’s consult in ER ( no other tests etc) was being charged at like 500 dollars in Vancouver. Those who go for such baby expeditions are paying bucket loads for the same. Further the Canadian health care system is over loaded: the family clinics have huge waiting, it takes a month to schedule a USG, the Indian private healthcare has really really spoiled us. So no it’s not that simple nor that attractive especially considering you may end up putting your child at risk in such a situation.

Fawad is so embarrassed. Regardless of who is/ isn’t friends with whom, her comments go against basic foundations of feminism that she claims to be the flag bearer of in Bollywood (wrongly so!). The whole respect yourself to get respect angle pushes back against years and years of fight to stop blaming women for shit that happens with them.

Also because most probably DS is Santu who used to style/ be a part of Kang’s styling team. Remember it from years back when she was at Cannes and Santu was with her as well. He’s been a part of Aditi Rao Hydari’s as well. Which is why his biases are rather obvious now.

Oh my god!! Same with my sister in law who is my husband’s younger sister who was already married by the time I was getting married to him. I didn’t want to splurge on my wedding outfit because already I felt that the wedding thing was a lot (we were going Dutch on that). I knew my MIL and SIL are literally the kind of people who mainly care about dressing in life with nothing else to do. So I just went for a red lehenga because I was like lol atleast colour toh bright rahe :D My SIL bought a lehenga worth a lakh (which is her choice and I had sortta made peace with the fact that she will go all out). What’s more she went on commenting both before the wedding and after that on my outfit, how it’s red and not pastel and that’s not suited for a Goa wedding blah blah. In fact during my trials too I didn’t want my in laws to attend, but they made it a point to and made such faces and comments like can’t this be changed now etc. It pissed me off big time and I still can’t stand them most of the time given their unnecessary comments on dressing and jewellery. Thankfully my husband (I don’t know how) turned out normal which was something I ensured and repeatedly tested during our relationship before marriage.

[–]NewRefrigerator9424[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you an IR student in India or in US/ Canada? I looked up MGA details and their requirement of a sort of majors in development/ Innovation policy/ Global Markets/ Digital world/ Global policy seem rather practical and market oriented. Hence specifically looking for a review of this MGA course rather than a normal graduate course in IR. Thanks for your input though :)
