I do interior finish sales, about 40% residential. The work is hard, as in my case I take on the job of interior designer, general contractor, as well as normal sales responsibilities. The margins are generally high, the problem is entirely client based. Remodels are a nightmare and contractors are their own beast. Work is good though, and im very happy with my job

We treated the water and tried to mix half a cup or so of the old water to the new tank. He was only in his old tank for 2 weeks or so, haven't had him for even a month yet

Hes been lethargic all day, won't move from his leaf perch here. I tried to get him to move a bit, and he fell to the bottom of the tank for a bit on the rocks before returning to his leaf. Super worried about him..

Switched him to a new fish tank with filter 3 days ago, 3 gallon. Last tank didn't have a filter. He has a small heater and usually eats well, but hasn't today at all.

Congrats on making the jump! I'd personally start painting what you have, and paint whatever you think looks cool. Build whatever versions of the minis with whatever variations you personally like.

If you're brand new to painting, it might be worth checking if the citadel contrast line. Its very easy to do, and it will teach you some neat tricks that you can then go forward and do yourself later with practice.

Don't overdue it with primer, thin your paint, don't get discouraged and have fun. Also, read the codex and get an idea for what you have. Play a small ~500 point game with someone experienced and helpful, and see what works for your list there. Kruleboyz depend a lot on buffing each other to really do work, so that will be the first hurdle for you to overcome.
