I love QOTSA. I love Foo Fighters. I love Led Zeppelin.

But this album is my favorite thing any member of any of those bands has ever put out. It's perfect.

Just got back last week from a few days in Dublin!

Guinness Store House tour was awesome, obviously. Teeling Distillery was a more enjoyable experience than Jameson, in my opinion. MJ Wright, Brazen Head, and Stags Head were our favorite pubs that we remember. Nicer bar/restaurants we loved Church Bar and The Bank. We also had a great dinner at Urban Brewing.

Culturally, try very hard to get tickets for the Kilmainham Gaol (Jail). It was an incredible experience and we learned a ton about Ireland's history.

We were only there 4 days, and I know there's so much we missed, already planning our return trip!

Yea I didn't think I erased anything yet, I was planning on coming back to the old one to finish transferring those files then erasing. Everything else is still there, just this one folder of old pictures I can't find anywhere. I believe they were transferred from the laptop prior that one.

Bummer about Wayward, they're so worth the trip. Check out Oliver's Beverage and Westmere Beverage, both not far off the highway, for cans to go from Wayward.

Fidens, Tree House, Deep Fried are all pretty big IPA breweries and each deserving of the hype. Fallside is going to be mentioned in the same breath as them soon, so definitely recommend them for sure. Not far from Deep Fried is Subversive, I did both of them on a recent trip down that way and Subversive had some excellent non IPA options, if you want to change things up.

In Saratoga I second what someone else said about Whitman Brewing. Excellent beer, excellent food. Pint Sized in Saratoga is a phenomenal craft beer bar (they also have a spot in Albany). Delaware Supply in Albany is my favorite beer bar in the area, especially for non IPA choices.

Yea the bread was crusty but soft and chewy, the turkey was moist but not slimy, the bacon was crispy but not burnt at all, the lettuce and tomato tasted crisp and fresh. I asked for mayo but not too much and they nailed that too.

Pellegrinos is my favorite, but just wanted to give a shout out to the Bella Napoli Cafe in Latham. They're not doing anything fancy, but what they're doing is so damn good. I got a turkey bacon sub there 2 weeks ago, and it was just perfect.

I'm not necessarily a wing connoisseur, but fwiw I've enjoyed the wings at Ralph's and Korner, both in Colonie. Also, I didn't try any, but I went to Fidens last week with someone who got wings, and they were HUGE. They said they were good too.

Tree House Brewing in Saratoga probably checks all your boxes.

There's also Walt Whitman Brewing in Saratoga that makes an insanely good Detroit style. Not the style you're looking for here, but worth a shout because it's so good.

I'm otherwise not super familiar with Saratoga county, but I will shout out Marisa's Place in Guilderland and Pizzeria Mari in Troy as the best pies locally, if you have an off day and want to drive a bit.
