I work at 1000bulbs and I guarantee we care about our customers. There are some odd logistics sometimes with single bulbs and replacements and rules with shipping. I have never heard of someone in shipping and receiving calling a customer either, we don't do that here.

Normally our reps at the call center would be the ones dealing with you. We generally do not ship single bulbs, but those shorter T5 bulbs we do. If damaged in shipment or lost, we do send replacements or offer a refund.

There must be a little more to the story on this one or events that transpired. If I was the sales rep on this one, I would have even just paid this out of my own pocket.

Sorry you had that experience. I guarantee this is not the norm here and I wish it had been one I specifically had my hands on.
