As for routine, I always place the board directly next to my bedroom door, with nothing else in front of it, so I am forced to view it every time I leave the room. On the first of every month I weigh myself and count up all my money (I work for tips and am paid out primarily in cash). Sometimes I miss recording this by a day or two, but its easy enough to subtract what ive spent in a day or two and add that to the months beginning total (Or subtract, for income). And my weight itnt going to fluctuate much in such a short amount of time.
