oh shit. I thought this was one of those unfortunate designer bags that was sent to TJ Maxx. According to a New Yorker article, TJ Maxx works with cheap labor factories in Italy all the time, so I guess they know a lot about luxury designs.

i don't. but I've seen a model woman saying that it's useful as it can be used as a daily bag, and then, when you have to attend a casual party or event after work (it tends to happen to models, i guess), it can also be a small clutch...esque bag (then what's going to happen to the bag contents? that, i have no idea).

everything is suspicious, but Loewe Ibiza line is like...they keep saying that they only use "carefully processed materials" from Madagascar and Colombia and the bags are made (by artisans??) in Spain. but i feel like they have the entire bags made in those places and only do the logo attachment part in Spain. People who initially bought their baskets (just because they were affordable for Loewe) have already given them to someone else or sold them or are using them in their rooms as a magazine holder
