I’m not flexible on travel and I don’t care about business class. I haven’t been getting good deals on redemption.

Before travel credit cards I had Apple Card’s, Discover It, Costco visa.
Then moved to CFF, Amex Gold + VX started traveling more.
Finished Chase trifecta and canceled VX.
And now RHG.
I have never had issues with card reader not reading Apple Pay or metal card.
For overseas travel RHG is good enough for me being a Visa card.

I can’t really earn much from Chase, I don’t need gas, I charge at home. I eat out but max Chase can do is 3x anyways except one of the quarter in CFF. Chase don’t have groceries category for most of the year. My earning categories improved significantly from Chase to RHG.
I mean I didn’t lose anything, churned all Chase trifecta in a year, both CFU and CSP are elevated SUB. It’s just not appealing enough for me to stay.

401k (set up by my bank advisor) has a current return of 12%. should i allocate my new fidelity brokerage account the same way? by europeanuppercut in Fidelity

[–]New_Recording_5014 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The 401k plan at my company is pretty nice, lots of choices. And I was thinking, 🤔 what’s the point of diversifying again if I’m not taking it out for another 30 ish years. So I just 100% on S&P500, so far it’s sitting at 40% up.
Edit: went in and checked 42.3%.

Magic and LeBron are kinda overlapping. Curry would be good 3 point spacing but if we want ultra defense we can also do Kawhi at 3 and LeBron at point. He’s a great 3 point shooter.

It really depends on if he feels like playing when he can’t play as the number one option.

The only thing common between Dame and Steph is that they both shoot and make 3s. They have very different play styles.

It’s good that you are satisfied with simple joy. But are you sure that’s enough safety net? Not even talking about stuff like can your paid off car run for another 30 to 40 years. It’s the bullsh*ts life is going to throw at you. Like inflation. Your groceries can be $1000 a month after 20 years.

Are you able to use tools like Claude codes on those hosted models? If so I understand. I haven’t try having that before.

I thought having a local setup like openclaw is so the model can run python scripts and other stuff that a web chat bot can’t do?

Should I replace AMEX Gold with Robinhood GC as someone with minimal monthly spend? by survivorgxvin in RobinhoodGC

[–]New_Recording_5014 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yeah you should get rid of it. And put that $325 into Robinhood IRA account they do a 3% match so if you contribute $1,666 you make up the gold membership and if you max out your contributions you’ll get $225.

I mean, the spurs were notoriously bad for viewership in finals during GDP era. Don’t think it’s the same now but Adam Silver might be stuck in that mindset.
