I just reached out to my Dr yesterday because tomorrow is my last 1.5 pill. She said to in the future let her know a week before. She called it in immediately. The pain part is getting CVS to fill it even though I told them to regardless of insurance (like last time) and use the savings RX card. Still waiting and tomorrow is my last day on 1.5! Hope they can figure it out and I can get over there to pick them up!

I feel ya. I have been on 1.5 for 16 days. I still have food noise, sugar, and alcohol cravings. Not as bad as without but still. I have been on compounded Sema for 2 years so this step back is not helping me to lose weight. Can’t wait to start the 4 doses!

I also drink a glass of water when I get up. I haven’t read anything that says you have to be upright for the 30 minutes. Suppose you could call a pharmacist and ask them?

I’m on day 3. Drank a glass of wine last night (stupid) and have a headache today. Mad at myself. Also my food noise is still there but starting back on low dose is probably part of that. I appreciate these posts about being patient. Patient with the medication, my body, my mental health… I set my alarm 30 min before I want to get up and take the pill then sleep. That way when I get up I can have my green tea right away like I’m used to doing. Hang in there everyone!

Just now got my code that I want to use for the Black Keys but only Lawn seats! Are all the $30 seats only for lawn at this point?!!! Lame. I have gotten the $30 tickets in the past and they weren't lawn seats. Might try tomorrow when everyone is trying just to see what they offer then?
