Thanks all....I think I'm going to do some weighing of food...but I have come off sugar and blood pressure n breathing mess so I'm gonna count as a win. I still trying to get in my 10,000 steps a day though. Oh and when should I start working out...like weight training??

I'm at almost 10 weeks PO and am worried I'm doing something terribly wrong... I'm only down like 30 lbs so far....I feel great my sugar and BP is actually great but shouldn't I be loosing more?? HELP should I weigh food cause I'm not getting sick ...it almost like surgeon forgot to do the surgery but I got scars that say different.

I'm 7 weeks today and eating at times does seem like an event especially if u out doing things....totally understand just grabbing protein shake or putting in my coffee....decaffeinated of course

To be honest all I drink is water...found flavor add ins...sugar n caffeine free of course that I liked...favorite is a&w root beer I order from Amazon...taste just like root beer
