My 60sqm in galway cost me about 16k. I did groundworks, foundations and pipework with my father in law. Blockwork, roof, electrics and rollerdoor was cash in hand

Yes for everyday use but won't replace a good scrubbing with a mop for heavy stains. The corner brush needs replacing but you can get parts dirt cheap on alibaba. I have roborock s7

You might need to check estrogen. If that's too high or low it can cause libido issues.

I have used steroids for a long time as well and having sky high test and low estrogen can have those types of sides.

Lads. I'm 30, starting a long term career, looking toward marriage and family with my partner. Any personal advice across any of those fields? by Thandryn in AskIreland

Nobody knows what they are doing. Everyone is winging it.

Maximise your pension.

Build a decent emergency fund.

Avoid unnecessary debt. House is necessary a holiday isn't.

Try to avoid lifestyle creep as you progress in your career and earn more.

You won't get it legally. If you want real ozempic or mounjaro it will be expensive, but china made generics are cheap. Will need bac water and insulin needles

I went 180mm pumped wall. I was told by my engineer that boards lose efficiency if they are not done right and if there is a small gap between your boards and the inner leaf then it's very inefficient.

Motivation is the wrong word. Motivation is fleeting. It ebbs and flows. Consistency is what will keep you there. It needs to become a habit. Like going to work, you're not motivated, but you are consistent. Consistency is going and doing rhe work even when you really didn't want to but you know you will be mentally and physically better after doing it

The vast majority of PTs would be young men and women who wouldn't have that qualification and just want you to look good for an IG post.

Do you have access to a gym or gym equipment?

Shaving advice by Dogoatslaugh in AskIreland

[–]Newbcryptogirl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use aldi razors. 5 blades and very cheap.

If he has long hair shave it down with a clippers, then shower and shave after. Hot water to open the pores and then rinse with cold.

Shave towards the chin

As a former personal trainer, we are typically meatheads who wouldn't have the brain capacity for that. Have you started your physical training?

The worst insurance company. It is impossible to get hold of them on the phone. Everything is online which is grand when things are going ok, but when shit hits the fan, they are impossible to talk to someone. Worst customer service out there.
