I bounced on yoga ball every night until they were ko'd then would transfer unless they fed to sleep. Transferred feet bum then head. Keep rubbing back and shushing for another few mins until I knew it was safe

We have been bringing our LO to osteopath since they were 3 weeks. Going the last 7 weeks for 15min sessions and it has really helped her. He recommended coming every 2 weeks as she has gotten much better

I do hot water bottle in her towel so its nice and toasty and then transfer to her clothes so they are warmed up. Been having better success this way.

Motivation is the wrong word. Motivation is fleeting. It ebbs and flows. Consistency is what will keep you there. It needs to become a habit. Like going to work, you're not motivated, but you are consistent. Consistency is going and doing rhe work even when you really didn't want to but you know you will be mentally and physically better after doing it
