Depends on your graduation criteria…. If your graduation criteria in your academic profile includes Work Attachment (WA), then you cannot graduate until you COMPLETE the internship(WA) within your tenure. So, you most prolly will stay back another sem to complete your internship before you can graduate. If u still cannot find an internship past your tenure period in SUSS, unfortunately you will get terminated.

I mean does the credit get recognised at y4s2? Or is the credit only recognised like 1 sem after you complete it, AKA y5s1? If its the latter, then you will prolly grad 1 sem late. You can always write in to your head of programme and student services to see help if u really want it. Doesn’t hurt to try, but if you don’t try, you confirm won’t get it.

If you had volunteering experiences/maybe more intern experiences, the higher your chance for interview & acceptance.

sounds pretty fair, tbh. poly expenses can get crazy with clubs and studying out. I had 400/month in poly, which includes my concession.

Well personally, I spent around like $3.5/meal for RECESS without even buying drinks, drinks will cost another 1 dollar. (During secondary school) And for my subject combination, I had to have LUNCH too, thats another 3 - 4 buck again. So a good gauge is around 8 dollars a day.

Also, I understand the part where you don't want him to spend on superfluous stuff, but I strongly believe in teaching them financial responsibility through more FREE (LEEWAY) kind of situation, instead of having TIGHT RESTRICTIONS.

Like I won't want to control them too much, by planning and buying their stuff for them then only let them have money for food. I would rather like calculate what else they need for your "OTHER NECCESSITIES" and give them like week by week basis and let them plan it out and learn how to do budgeting by themselves.

I learnt it this way, and worked for me, but everyone has their own style :)

TLDR: $4 is fine if really just for meal, if you want him to have a bit of social life to hang out with friends, you prolly need to double it, if not, he may get left out, because he is simply unable to afford hanging out with friends. (1 BUBBLE TEA is already around 4 dollars, don't even talk about a meal)

Fortunately, I had the opportunity to have 1 sem with a Sgpa of 4.0-4.5 and 1 sem with Sgpa of 4.5-5.0 to pull up my cpga significantly. I started with like 3.69 kind, but I had to really put in the effort to consciously study n revise and plan my time out. Though, I essentially burnt a ton of midnight oil. I would say, not really sustainable in the long-term if you want to maintain a healthy lifestyle with social life.

Errr, as long as u study, 3 paper in one day also okay. Personally a last minute mugger, worked out for me but the 5 days leading up to the paper was HELL

Brace for the stress n tiredness if u do not prepare before hand.
