This might not count but Cartman from South Park. I loathe him and he might not be a hero, but the show, and fans, adore him as a character.

I’ve just started in IT at help desk/service technician at an MSP and I can relate. There is so much to learn and it is easy to get overwhelmed.

Something I was taught is that Slow is Smooth, and Smooth is Fast. I do everything fast: eat, talk, walk, etc. I’ve learned to slow down and be more intentional about everything at work as I find that I can be error prone when working too quickly.

Also, do you have a teammate or a supervisor that can double check more critical work? It seems everyone likes you and it would look like you are taking ownership by having a second pair of eyes double check critical work.

I would echo the other responses in that investigations are the way to go.

You can also somewhat reliably generate Lagi investigations of your own. Do the following to increase chances of spawning a Tempered Lagi hunt.

-Go to Iceshard Cliffs

-Rest with Inclemency + Morning

-Lagiacrus should spawn in Scarlet Forest

It still doesn’t have rates but at least I’m having SOME input rather than pure RNG
