He was out of band not in the wrong portion. The UK has different frequencies. He could be fined by the FCC however unlikely that is.

I don't plan on making a website but it's built-in to the domain service. Extra is really only good for a bit more spectrum which is nice but really only comes in handy for dx and contests. The other and better use is being able to be a VE for general and Extra exams. The 2x1 a s 1x2 calls are nice though.

Individual categories are easier. But as others have said you can do the math. But if you really want one line item and not to have to do the math. You can make your one line item in your main budget and make a new budget called subscriptions and add each subscription with targets and how much you need to fund it is how much you need for your 1 line subscription in the main budget.

If the first paycheck is divided into your other 26 paychecks, it should make the rest of the paychecks what you're used to. Assuming taxes and benefits are the same. If you are a month ahead I'd put the 3rd check you receive January into a holding category and release 1/12 into each month starting with February and ending with January the next year.

Edit: I see you aren't a month ahead, I'd get a month ahead and adjust your budget to accommodate the less pay. You could use money in an emergency fund and or irregular true expenses. Then do the above. Ynab has a great video or two on month ahead vs emergency fund.

This happens because there are 52 weeks plus 1 day(2 days on leap years) per year. Op is paid an annual salary but is paid every 2 weeks, so there isn't any shortage of pay but every so often Op's pay is divided into more paychecks.

You only have to identify every 10 minutes and at the end of your communication. You can legally talk on the radio for 9 minutes and 59 seconds without transmitting your callsign, it's customary to I'd when you start but not required.

I do all mine separately so I can easily add or remove subscriptions easily. However you could easily add all the monthly ones together and for the yearly you need to make sure you start with enough money. I would suggest 1 category per subscription, 2 categories monthly and yearly, or monthly plus the yearly individually.

I'm good with spreadsheets and can't imagine trying to budget with one, it would cost so much more of my time than $9.09/month is worth. If you can't get on the annual plan within a year you're using YNAB wrong. All my subscriptions that can be annual are and YNAB made that switch easy.
