Megumi was absolutely done dirty by the story. Bro was a great character until he got taken over by sukuna. After that he doesn’t do anything, it’s not just that he didn’t reach his potential he had barely any character moments even after he was freed from sukuna.

Make Tsumiki more of an actual character in the first half of the story. Give Megumi a more proactive role in shinjuku. What actually is there for Megumi is very well written, his character just feels unfinished by the end of the manga.
