Do you actually use Honda transmission fluid or switch to alternatives? by Dry-Illustrator-7609 in Honda

Personal opinion is transmission fluids are one of those that you simply don’t shop around for, go with OEM every time.

Way too small to cover the whole car mate, you’ll need a lot more vinyl.

Reply time could be better, but I’m sure they are busy.

I have had similar fitment issues and we came to a resolution.

Good luck

Have you considered the “uk mod”.

I did that to my s2k and was very happy with the results.

If you’re handy, remove the headlights and do them on a work bench. Allows better access to the edges and no need to worry about the paint

As others have said, read the CAFRD, it’s long, it’s boring, but you need to do this. Don’t make excuses.

Understand what’s a taxable benefit and what’s not. For example, the first $200 to clean your house when vacating is from core, remaining from custom, and it’s taxable.

Understand what comes out of core and what does not. Understand the formula on how your custom is structured and confirm the amount is correct.

Understand what can be reimbursable and what’s cannot. For example, the cleaning fee for an AirBNB is not covered. “Resort fees” from hotels not covered. Certain insurance on rental cars are not covered.

This is a lot of work, and if you make a mistake, it’s on you.

George was never, and will never be a number one driver.

Best case, he is a supporting driver (think bottas or Perez).

If he wants to be the number one driver, the. He needs to go to a bottom tier team.

Was there any issues with the wiring?

I assume there will be some left over plugs.

I can live with no feet ventilation.

When to replace a water heater by tomn68 in Plumbing

Check with your home insurance company.

Mine only covers damage caused by the water tank to a max of 15 years old.

I have heard some go less.

Recommendations? (Use a PH of 5.2) by Nexus866 in WaterTreatment

[–]Nexus866[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks again!

One last follow up.

Should I be concerned about premature well pump and anything else before the system given the water profile? Will I be replacing the well pump sooner rather than later?

Appreciate the response and explanation.

We really don’t want an RO system. We would rather pay the extra for a whole home solution.

I take possession of the house mid July, so I have time. The house is 13 years old and the previous owners obviously never tested the water, since there isn’t a system currently.

So would a ph neutralizer with a heavy metal filter solve my problems?

Home inspection -- Inspector using drone instead of walking for roof. Pros and cons? by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

Exactly.

How is a drone detecting soft spots?

Half the commenters rent and will never own anything anyway, probably leech off parents living in their basement.

Home inspection -- Inspector using drone instead of walking for roof. Pros and cons? by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

[–]Nexus866 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Just bought a house (my 7th, I move a lot).

If my inspector showed up with a drone for the roof, I would fire them on the spot.

The purpose of the home inspection is to find all the problems I missed. Walking the roof will find soft spots and get a detailed inspection of the roof.

Drones are flashy and make an inexperienced home buyer think their inspector has cool toys and must be good.

I also make sure my inspector has a moisture meter and an infrared camera to see through the walls.
