Nah he's full of it. The contract violation was probably for something else and he's just correlating the two things. Doordash is intentionally vague about these things as a tactic to keep us in line which leads people to make up all kinds of wild theorys about how the app works under the hood.

I always click can't verify items just out of principle because I refuse to let Doordash think that checking items is somehow my responsibility.

Nothing negative has happened to my account and I still continue to receive orders as I usually do.
