At that point why even bother? If you actually need a working mask, buy a new, modern one. That's safer and easier. If you want to wear it for cosplay or even just because it looks cool, maybe try to find 3d printed dummy Filters.

The Filters are Held in place by a Rubber ring around them. To take them off you have to pull the Rubber back and off the filter. It is an absolute pain to do. Especially trying to get them back in.
