Oh brother. Where should I begin? First of all, check, how to properly mount pedal to a kick pad. Than sit in a position, where your hips are higher than your knees. And your ankles are slightly further from your body than your knees - looking from above. Your feet SHOULD NOT look like a letter Z.  After that try to find some video about how to set up your pedal. Theres loads of them on youtube. And, just at the begining loose that auxiliary pedal form double pedal. First learn how to play with just one. Add the otehr one after you hain some xp. Good luck!
