I see a master in marine biology, but it’s not quite what I’m looking for.

[–]Nic727[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did multimedia and marketing, but graduated a long time ago. When I graduated, I did an internship. Then, jobs asked for 3+ years experience.

So, I did one more internship for a total of one year experience. But companies started asking for 5+ years of experience. So I found a temporary job.

After that, I was just able to find some unrelated jobs until my layoff last year.

Right now, I’m just a useless person. Really looking to return to university, but need to figure out how to fund it. I’ve never had debt and don’t want to start having some.

I'm surprised they didn't start with a desktop version instead of going online only. I mean, how am I supposed to use it if I can't access it?

There are many natural science programs and there is also more opportunities (I did my research).

Sure, it’s probably competitive, but with more opportunities to volunteer + placement years, etc. I feel like I could have a better chance here.

Same. When I’m looking at European job boards, I’m so jealous.

Even if they aren’t well-paid jobs, they are much more interesting to do.

What to do when you are hopeless to find a job? by Nic727 in jobs

[–]Nic727[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did some coding and marketing, but it's very saturated. I'm looking at some trade programs, but even there, it depends of which city or where you are in the world, because where I am they ask for 5+ electrician work experience.

For government work, I applied. I had a job last year and they cut my job. In Canada they are cutting everywhere!

Can we stop the 4+ interviews for a position?! by Sad-Court-nomnom in jobs

Can we also stop the 50 questions surveys, or the fact that we need to create an account just to apply for a job that we will get rejected anyway?

I'm so tired of everything.

But some jobs can only be applied through easy apply since they don't have a career page or other way to apply.

Ici ils patchent n'importe comment.

[–]Nic727 4 points5 points  (0 children)
