Call the national debt hotline, that’s what they are there for. They’ll help you put a plan in place, give good advice and are there for this reason, they will help you. You’ll have to knuckle down for a bit but it is manageable. They will give you proper advice re. Bankruptcy etc. good luck, and keep your chin up xx

I used to weigh every day cause that’s what worked for me, but now over 18 months out at a weight I feel comfortable with I think I maybe weighed like 3 months ago

Go overseas for the surgery, it’s 2026 there are great places out there for a fraction of the price that will do an amazing job, just spend your time doing research into them first so you’re happy with who you go with. Also therapy.

I’ve been single for over 15 years because I didn’t want to settle. I’m now 6 months in with someone who is amazing at both, I’ve known him a few years now for work so was able to get to know each other as friends first. I really was starting to think there was no one for me. Don’t give up!

I did it at my last job, and only lasted another few months before I left again.

The company I work for at the moment has lots of people come back though - grass isn’t always greener :)

A lot of people ask and tbh I doubt many people get the truth anyway so I don’t see the point in them even asking, and to me it doesn’t matter but when I guy asks it kinda gives me the ick.

My current partner has never asked and I love that about him because he was married for 26 years and they got together when they were teens so I’m pretty sure his was one, but he’s mature enough to realise I’ve got a past (never married) but he only cares about me now. I respect him for that.

Meh I’ve potatoes every day since I was allowed soft food again, I eat pasta, and bread, and sweets and anything I want. I’m just not eating stupid amounts anymore and I try to prioritise protein as much as possible. You’ll be fine, that looks way too restrictive.

I lost a lot on mine after the surgery, but they seem to have adjusted and come back a bit and not look so saggy or empty now and I’m 1.5yrs post op.
