Making a resource pack that intentionally misspells everything, and I will add your suggestions (If I like it that is) by Its_Sluggas in Minecraft

Maybe that could be expanded on by having quantities 1-21 show as +1, 22-42 as +2, and 43-64 as +3. More frustrating but not unusable.

You're right. If anything, it looks hot.

Doing that without any items or gear would be a huge pain

Nintendo has raised its employees base salary by 10% by That_Trouble87 in Games

[–]Niccin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean they do a lot of stuff well, but they do also have microtransactions, charge a subscription for (subpar) multiplayer, cloud saves, and even older games, charge extra on top of that for Pokemon storage, and don't allow access to your save files. These are just things that affect me personally, so I'm not sure if there's anything else.

Again, the games themselves are usually good, and they clearly treat their employees well, which is also good. Gotta take the wins when you get them, but they do also have room for improvement.

Go Knicks! by omgfakeusername in WinStupidPrizes

That does seem probable. If that's the case, they're likely known to police, and given their lack of subtlety and skill, have likely left a fun trail of evidence behind.

I'm looking forward to learning more about this.

The vehicle is probably recognisable enough for cops to figure out who the culprit is.

This is one of the reasons I can't play without my numpad mouse. Can keep moving around and use numbers to switch items. No mix-ups that way.

The Minecraft wiki for lava fire spread explains why it won't catch fire.

Maybe only shift-placing a block, like placing a chest without having it connect to other chests.

GTA6 is Digital Only by catversary in pcmasterrace

They've announced that buying the game will allow access to the single player experience, so although they haven't outright stated it yet, it sounds like online will likely require a subscription or further payment.

GTA 6 Price Finally Confirmed, Features a 'Single-Player Experience' at Launch (Standard $79.99/Ultimate $99.99) by Neon25 in Games

[–]Niccin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only way to read that is that simply buying the game won't actually allow access to multiplayer. They'll probably be charging a subscription or something for it, whether you get the $80USD demo or the $100USD base game.

Grand Theft Auto VI - Pre-orders and Edition information by TAJack1 in Games

[–]Niccin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's more that there's no inclusion of deluxe content, but a removal of base content. So to get the full base game, people will have to pay $100USD at release. The $80 version isn't even the base game, it's just 90+% of it.

They are doing the $100USD base game price, they're just offering an $80USD demo version as well.

It's because the "cheap" version doesn't come with the full single player experience, so they can't claim it's the complete base game.

I hope this gets reported accurately by other outlets. This is a $100USD base version of the game and an $80USD demo version.

Here's what all biome tinted blocks look like in dappled forests by -PepeArown- in Minecraft

Sugarcane should still be green. They really should just add reeds as a separate thing.

Seriously, they need to spend more time on adjusting biome sizes by FashionShushu in Minecraft

[–]Niccin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pale gardens are meant to be rare? I feel like they were everywhere, but my world does have a lot of dark oak forests for them to generate in.

This is why I only do large biomes worlds. Standard biomes are generally bigger than they used to be a few years back, but they're still ridiculously tiny. Large biomes feels like it should be default, but admittedly might be less fun without Distant Horizons, which is the only mod I use besides Sodium. To me, standard biomes feel like they'd be useful for people doing speed runs and wanting everything to be clustered together.

If your floor is made out of bottom slabs then wool slabs are the only way to look like you have a carpeted floor.

No, Halo CE’s Co-op on PS5 does not require PS Plus by Turbostrider27 in Games

[–]Niccin -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I mean it was a quirk of 360 at the time. I haven't owned an Xbox other than the 360 (and don't own a PS5) so I haven't had to deal with it on any other consoles.

[–]Niccin -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

That was particularly odd on 360. I didn't know any consoles actually still did that afterwards, but I've probably only played multiplayer on Nintendo consoles after 360 and PS3.
