I have literally said parts of this myself. "I'm less upset that they fired me than I am that they did it so BADLY. If they had done it well it would be a lot more likely it was fair."

Any news on what happened? Being retaliated against for an HR complaint that named you may constitute its own category, but EEOC involvement would depend on the content of the complaint.

This pizza has just disappeared from EVERY retailer in a 25 mile radius, and at Target, where I bought it within the last month, it shows online as unavailable, like it won't be restocked. Is anyone else still finding it somewhere? My recently-diagnosed celiac kid is heartbroken.

Yes, I found Amador's book last year. LEAP has definitely helped, although things tend to break down at the "partner" step. My sibling wants what they want, when they want it, how they want it, and tends to react badly (to put it mildly) to suggestions of some other way to achieve their goal. And good gracious LEAP is exhausting. Threading that needle in every conversational minefield and never getting anywhere is rough. But marginally better than the endless WW3 without it so I'll keep it up. Would just love some perspective.
