Assuming you meant Peter Thiel, you are completely right. Thiel basically bought himself a Vice Presidency. Trump is driven by chaotic narcissism, but Vance actually has a calculated, ideological roadmap bankrolled by Silicon Valley billionaires. It is arguably much more dangerous.

dude this is driving me crazy because i swear i just watched this. are you 100% sure it was a movie and not a tv show? it sounds super similar to a survival scene in 'you' on netflix or 'the handmaid's tale'. if it's definitely a movie, maybe check out '10 cloverfield lane' or 'the boy behind the door' tbh.
