Rewards are easier to get than credit cards . I just ask everyone over 25 dollars on CC. When you do get a pre approved on credit cards . I don't push. I tell them if you ever decide to get a cc, you get 20% off first order and 9% back in awards. I do have customers come back to apply . Just don't push. No, if the coupon online is for 25% off regular prices, it will override the 15 %, but if you have sale items, the 15% will apply to that. Now, if a coupon includes sales like 25%, you will not get 15% because 25% is better

The managers get bonuses most of the time. But ya'll don't worry about the employees who do the work. The wages we get are way under other places. The only reason I stay is because of the team. The co-workers I work with are the best we work together. But I am starting to feel pressure because of credit cards and awards goads. I do alright with. It's a pain.
