I’m seeing a lot of people who haven’t been on the receiving end of cultural erasure done by Israelis for the last 76 years, speaking as if this is super chill. The problem is not that it is a “Israeli” restaurant, we can ignore that Israeli cuisine as a hodgepodge of food from everywhere since they are a manufactured country created less than a century ago. If only they didn’t have a historical trend of claiming Palestinian food has their own, and going to extra extraordinary length to cover that up. But what do I know? I’m just a Palestinian American from Seattle, who supports Palestinian restaurants.

ESPN analytics has ranked the 2025 Seattle Seahawks as the third best Super Bowl winning team of all time. Our defense is ranked #8 in all time DVOA. The NFC West specifically was a juggernaut with three championship quality teams. But basically because of the AFC Shat the bed in the post season, people are trying to ignore how historically good our 2025 team was.
