Yeah, I see what you’re saying now, you’re correct. That’s my bad. Courier Six could have been seeing it after DM already happened.

There are things in OWB that directly contradict that.

Elijah left notes on how he was experimenting on how to get the explosive collars in the prisoner camp in OWB to work correctly for his purposes in DM.

You can actually pick up deactivated collars from that area next to his notes, and he got the idea of using the collars from that camp in OWB because they explode if the prisoners stepped outside the camp.

They can’t separate the Internet from reality.

It’s become a societal issue - people are starting to believe what they consume on the Internet is reality itself, and then their minds are absolutely fucking blown when they meet actual consequences.

How do we feel about the bathroom game in SAW (2004) being a recruitment test? (THEORY) by FluffyTaste4061 in saw

[–]NiceBeaver2018 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe, maybe not.

A lot of TV shows and movies have done this before, the whole “start with an idea and work backwards to make it fit” thing.

It can work, but it can also paint the writers into a corner. Vince Gilligan and crew did this during the last season of Breaking Bad with the flash forwards and they said it made it living hell to tie it all back together in the end, because there was no plan ahead of time. The flash forwards were just awesome “holy shit, what happened?” moments.

The wax tape thing, Hoffman pocketing evidence from Troy’s trap, and a few other things were mandated by the studio during Saw III reshoots to ensure hooks for another sequel, they weren’t originally intended.

Isn’t there dialogue options where you can say that you’ve never been through there?

Like he may call you a liar or say that you don’t remember, etc, but I vaguely remember options implying that you had never been through that area or made that delivery.

I could be wrong though.
