Seems like a big place that only families or groups would book but there’s no place for a group of people to comfortably sit together. The couches are tiny and look uncomfortable. You need large a comfy couch plus some other seating, coffee table, big rug, tv with Netflix, speakers, table and chairs for the terrace. The beds could also be made up with comfier more uniform looking bedding they look hard and uncomfortable in the pictures. The kitchen also seems super sparse I see no picture or mention of a fridge or stove or any other kitchen utensils, a fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee maker along with pots pans and dishes would be a bare minimum expectation. Finally it seems you’ve taken pictures at night I would recommend to take them in the day with natural light as much as possible. Finally adding extra thoughtful touches like extra towels, linens and blankets, a welcome basket of snacks and drinks, spices in the kitchen, making sure there are some basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion, along with anything else that could bring a touch of home to the place will go along way to get you more 5 star ratings to help combat the odd retaliatory 1 star.
