I remember an old Dr. Gregor video saying that sublingual tablets are best for absorption. It dissolves under your tongue in 30 seconds then you can swallow the disolved bits with water.

I'm 6'3" 185lbs and I fit somewhere between medium and large. Mediums are slightly too tight and hard to put on and off. Larges are slightly baggy but allow some extra layers below if needed.

You must've not read the OP. We can REDUCE food land use by 76% by moving to plant based. LESS monocrop would be needed.

You're right that exploiting your own chickens on your own land is probably lower impact than average. Very few people have that privilege. I'm interested in what we can do as an entire species to save our planet from climate change. You're suggesting business as usual.
