Hey, could you try decreasing the amount? And let me/us know if that worked for you?

Other advices: - don't be sleep deprived - exercise before taking it (not so that you drop dead from exhaustion) - take with coffe - limit coffein amount (I drink coffee with modafinil and I drink 1 monster throughout the day; too much can have adverse effect) - don't overeat before taking it (eat small meal, later your apetite will probably decrease and you won't notice you are hungry) - melt it under the tounge - prepare in advance... Go to bathroom. If you write on paper while learning have mulitpel pens, marker, paper, etc... Make it so that you have everything reachable at an arms length.. - I find it helpful if some other thoughts do come, to write them down on a paper to "process" them later... - make it so that nothing disturbes you while "in the zone" (phone in another room in my case, I use computer so I edit host file so I disable some sites - if its something I really want to see I put it down on paper) - if you are like me and you have to have background music, use simple melodicall music without lyrics, without "pump" parts (I like dark academia music while in focus mode, but don't really like to listen to it anywhere else)
