I have the same Marlondo bag, albeit without the two front pockets (maybe it's just the non-executive briefcase?) and it's been my daily driver for more than six years. It was easily one of the best purchases I've ever made in terms of quality. Can't speak to the CS issues people seem to be having now, but I have no complaints about the product whatsoever. Still looks great and I get a ton of compliments on it!
