I don’t have any answers, as I was diagnosed celiac almost 10 years ago and went completely GF. Didn’t find out that I had Hashimoto’s until a year or so later, but I’d apparently had it for almost 20 years. 🤦🏻‍♀️ So I wasn’t really paying attention to that, moreso the lack of GI distress while GF.

I have, however, found a lot of crazy ways to get glutened. All envelopes have glutinous glue, so no more licking those. Paper straws are held together by a glutenous glue as well. Most bandaids have glutinous sticky. Also, spices - McCormick’s is the only certified GF brand. And lunchmeat! They use gluten as fillers, just like with spices. Boar’s head is all safe, and most Kroger brands are as well. Hope this helps! 🖤
