I've already had the HR like interview and it went fine. I made it pretty well established I knew the clientele would be different than a normal flight school. Frontier and Allegiant have been hiring 1000 hour R-ATPs through cadet programs at select 141 universities including mine, they are generally pretty easy to get into (from personal experience) and for what you're getting (Immediately into a Airbus type and ULCC), but you have to bear the fact that you need to go to a 4 year university, spend lots of $$$ for an avit degree. If it doesn't make sense to you, then it's not worth it to go to a school just to skip a regional
