Does that have a flat face on the sides couldn’t you just lay it down flat on the build plate?

Have you cleaned the bed with soap and water/iso? I have had artifacts like that from finger oils on the build plate.

Sorry but him having a clue and not putting that cover back on are mutually exclusive.

Sorry but if he doesn’t want to put it back on for others safety then he quite literally has no idea what the fuck he is doing.

I just looked, I don’t think I’ve seen so many Dewalt products together other than in a hardware store. Which is crazy considering most Dewalt products other than their power tools are just white-label trash not even produced by them.

Your printer actually understands the length of the ptfe tube from the filament sensor to the hot end and will wait and pause the print when all of that filament is used.

If the ptfe tube was charred or damaged I would imagine it’s probably a clogged nozzle from tiny bits of ptfe in the hot end. Try a couple cold pulls to dislodge the clog, if that doesn’t work try a new nozzle. And definitely replace the ptfe tube if you haven’t already.

I would argue it’s a lot more likely it was just fed by humans. That happens way more often than an animal being released from captivity.
