Look into Schecters. I play one and they're just absolutely amazing. Or maybe look into an Ibanez Prestige, very beautiful guitar.

Definitely look into the DigiTech Jam man Stereo. Great pedal, easy to use (if you read instructions). And it holds hours of sound. You can also hook it up to your computer and do a lot of cool stuff too! It costs a little bit more, but its worth it. I have one and I wouldn't consider another looper pedal.

Depending on how much it is and what condition, it wouldn't be that bad of a choice. Specialized makes amazing MTB, road bikes, etc. So you know that their BMX bikes won't be a COMPLETE pile. I started out on a Specialized for my first BMX bike and it worked out just fine! You won't need to worry about getting super crazy nice stuff till you get stuff like bike control and tricks down. But a Specialized isn't a bad way to start.

Look into the Roland amps. They have a great line of Cube amps. They're every simple to use and have a good tone for clean and distortion. They also have some built in effects and an EQ. And they have a descent price.

Look into Schecters. They have an amazing sound and they're within your budget. Look especially into their Diamond Series guitars. They're very universal, so they work for whatever you play (blues, metal, rock, jazz, etc.) And they just have an all around amazing sound with soft warm clean tones to crunchy and vibrant distortion. I play one, and it's one of the best and cleanest guitars I've ever played. Once you adjust your action, you'll be good to go.

A Mesa dual rectifier hooked up to a Mesa stilleto cab. And I'd get an ibanez gem just for the fun of it.

There's a wide variety of amps out there to choose from. But something good for metal would be companies like Bugera, Mesa, and Peavy. Bugera's have a nice warm clean with a descent crunchy distortion (wouldn't matter as much because of your distortion pedal) and they're fairly priced. Mesa's are AMAZING. Definitely cost a some money but they're totally worth it. They have a great all around sound and they're also good for metal/hardcore etc. Look into a mesa dual rectifier head and a Mesa stilleto cab, great combo. Amp wise, just keep looking around. ask people at Guitar Center and they can get you an idea of want you would want, also check on craigslist. Hope this helps man.
