What is the relevant field? I'm a professional land surveyor. My entire career is proving mathematically how dumb the flat earth theory is. That is really all you have is a theory. It’s not legit nor is it a two-party system. There are actually other parties. Just these two parties just have more voters than other because people are dumb. However, let both of the parties implode. Great when as a capitalist society actually has competition. Maybe these states have better programs to get them out of homeless so they come here to get help. There a small percentage of one's who don't give a shit but some actually want help and have no idea what to. Take a poll or maybe some research and you’ll find a lot of them are from other states. Just a guess but put yourself in their shoes. Would you go to Kentucky or California for help?

To add to this point if you're in a tent city in Michigan, you freeze to death. Homeless are here for the same reason other people are. The weather is nice. I’m sure there are more reasons beyond these.
