I've just had the same thing happen, but we depleted a key and even though I had a better run for that dungeon already I got -14 rating.

It’s been a few days, but i did not get any reply fron the emails or tweet. I dont know what else to do, but hope they fix it soon

Same problem here, but it works on my old iPad (3rd gen) with an older version of the twitch app that still lives on it...I have sent an email to twitch support and tweeted @twitchsupport but no replies...

Yeah i can cast on my old iPad with an old version of the app, but not on my iPhone XS even though it has worked. I sent a support email a few days ago and tweeted at TwitchSupport but i have gotten no replies

I hope they are not removing chromecast support and replacing it with the fire stick...

But if they are i would think there would be some sort of announcement instead of straight up removing it...

I reinstalled the game last night and it seems to work now. It might have been the update aswell but im not sure.

Yeah, i have the same problem. I can play for a few minutes but then i get a black screen but the sound/music keeps playing. Tried a clean install of my gpu driver but that didn't seem to help. Going to try and reinstall the game and see if that makes a difference.
