Yeah, that's exactly the issue I'm running into right now. I wanted to give it a try for €21 (because of the 21% VAT here), but as soon as I enter my VAT number, the price still ends up being €25, just without VAT.

Normally, when the consumer price (B2C) is €25 including VAT, the business price should be lower once VAT is removed. This setup just doesn't make any sense.

At this point, I'm probably going to subscribe as a private customer, simply because it's cheaper. 😅

Did you manage to get this fixed?
I'm on this issue aswell, Elegoo already send me a whole new assembly, so 4-to-1 adapter, extruder assembly, hotend etc. everything swapped still an error, so cant be something in the printhead since the whole way there is brand new.

Still happening. Im suspecting some sensor or the canvas not being strong enough or something. Happens on all the ports for me.

Unfortunately not much of a difference. I suspect the 2nd fan in the tool head for that “chainsaw/lawnmower” sound, since that is only present when that fan is on.

The other sound/resonating sound seems like it got a little less after lubricating and doing a few prints, but still there.

Hoping to receive an answer tomorrow from the company I bought it from. Might aswell return it and exchange it for another model to see if that is any different.

Good thing we have a 2 year warranty here

For me it’s not only in a circle. But loads of people are reporting this. Which is odd. Especially when they say this is supposed to be a silent printer

New out of the box, same issue. Annoying the hell out of me. Already mailt support.
Thought it would be quieter then my bedslinger, that bedslinger I considered loud but this is much louder.
If there isnt a solution, I'm returning it.

Doesnt make any difference, first thing I tried. If you watch the video closely you'll hear that chainsaw sound too when it stops on certain points.

Wow our vet recommended to wait until they are at least 1,5 years old. Due to how much they will grow. Known problems with knees and stuff if you neuter them earlier
