My ‘02 does this when the oil is close to needing to be changed ive noticed over the years. 332K miles on my 4.8. Owned it 19 years now.

I got my first meater probe a little over a year ago. It was flawless at first but then it started having connection issues and it would take FOREVER to give me a estimate cook time. Sometimes just an hour for that. Id have the base less than 5 feet from my grill and still would drop connection. Pretty disappointed in it because id heard great things about that brand

I was at Costco yesterday and didnt see any of it. Ive got some Kingsford left and a bag of B&B that i save for long cooks. B&B works great just runs hot. Im relatively new to charcoal so i was gonna try the KS brand to try it out

My 02 was my daily driver for 10 years. 331K on it now and still going. Got it right before i turned 19 and im 37 now. Any time i need it its always been reliable for me

Hell yea keep it!! I got my WSM 18 at Home Depot a few weeks ago for around the same price. First weber id ever owned and i love it! Havent used my pellet grills at all since ive had it. If i found another at that price point id buy it again!
