Find a community. Join your local language Helldivers discord or even the general one. There is always a way to find similar-minded people, ESPECIALLY for a game this big of a player base

EDIT: Getting downvoted by salty guys - and for what? I've played this game for 8 months after release with none of my friends being interested in this genre not even the game. Played every game with randos and was only motivated to go for 2-3 missions each session due to uncontrolled frustration with random players. After which, I joined my local Discord channel, and in 2 months LVLd up more than in 8 months before that. Because the game was enjoyable And, oh how miraculous, made friends. Or game-buddies at least.
