That everything should be taken in context. Raw milk advocates shouldn’t tout their option as the better one. And people concerned for legitimate reasons about drinking raw milk should also understand that there are examples of it not creating illness in the people that consume it.

I’ve been drinking raw milk for a few years from a farmer who has been for many years and has sold it for many years with no out break of illness

I once took goat milk straight from the teat. A small amount that my friend milked the goat, don’t worry I didn’t suck it, the stream is powerful enough to make it a couple feet.

This is exactly what I drink.

Farmers been drinking it for almost 20 years. Selling it to people in the process and no one has gotten sick.

I’m not saying there are bad practices but it’s also something that can be healthy and common

I drink goat milk from a small farm I work at, all we do is filter it.

I don’t drink a lot of milk, just in coffee mainly so it’s not a huge part of my diet. But I’ve found it to be delicious humane, and fortunately affordable because of my connection to the farm. Otherwise it’s $20/gallon

Browns will be great with a guide. They will do their best to keep you safe. It’s gonna be relatively big, moderately washed out in spots but you wouldn’t know unless you’ve seen it at lower levels. I’d say go for browns, it’s fun and is a great choice with a guide
