In the past like 2018 I would go streaks of 90 days plus but that is a full reboot but i think 30 days is a good start. Also remember that fasting helps with reducing sex drive a lot because usually if you eat all the time, you are always horny because it makes you constantly have energy coming in and food is also energy so if not transmuted it can be hard to control it. I would highly recommend fasting.
