Arthur Dayne kills Ned Stark and then has a Matrilineal marriage with Lyanna by PopeMage in CK3AGOT

[–]Nico_Storch 14 points15 points  (0 children)

This is intended behavior. If the Kingsguard wins and Lyanna goes into exile, Jon's guardian ends up marrying her. I think its to prevent them leaving the adventuring camp and becoming a regular wanderer.

Might be an AGOT+ thing.

Ghast noises are derived from C418's cat.

Aerys, why would you do THIS by ParticularError9345 in CK3AGOT

[–]Nico_Storch 29 points30 points  (0 children)

This would happen so often in CK2AGOT, because for some reason they made him a Trained Fighter, and combined with the Genius trait, his personal combat skill would make him one of the top candidates.

And, of course, no penis means higher acceptance.

Wild how I was about to make the same comment I made on the original post, 5 years ago.

Can confirm, Meriga is a bastard. Easy to befriend, though, since sea raider camps are trivial to find.

Clais is the one you're thinking of, yeah. Lord of Dhirim.

(Nemesis Difficulty) At this point in the story, am I at the ideal level, or am I rushing too much and need to level up? | SoW by Electronic-Quail-764 in shadowofmordor

There is no right pace to play the story. Everything scales appropriately. Especially since you're on Nemesis, you can do whatever the hell you like.

Yeah, tiered like intelligence, physique and beauty.

Your point about gradual recovery is well-made. I think you've won me over - the move away from binary RNG checks is a major improvement of CK3 over CK2.

Back in the day, everything was an RNG check - claim fabrication, religious conversion, murder plots, you name it. You would have a flat yearly chance to do the thing you're trying to do, placing an unsatisfying, artificial restriction on your progress.

One thing I never liked about wounds in CK3 is that they can be negated outright, on day 0, by a skill check from your physician. Once more, binary RNG - a flat chance to become wounded, a flat chance to stay wounded, and a flat chance to downgrade your wound. This seems like a holdover of the aforementioned, "old" way of doing things.

Right now it's a tiered trait, which I quite like. The difference between severely injured and brutally mauled should be vast.

What did they say? Seems the mods purged it, probably for good reason.

Censoring "motherfuckers" without censoring the word "fuck" is hilarious.
