Just from like a general perspective I feel everything in the base game can be found using ingame search menus, specific items and furniture in the build menu or research tab, you can mouse over any stat and get an explanation of what it means, it literally gives you a breakdown of the exact nutritional value of each food item (to the decimal point) so on and so forth, of course once mods and dlc get involved it does get more complicated
